Graduated from Moscow State University with a Master Degree in Mechanics (hydro-mechanic department of Mechanics & Math faculty), Air Force Engineering Academy (department of aviation arming). Graduated with a Master Degree in financial management from Moscow Higher School of Economics. PhD in Technical Science.
Worked as a top manager for several well-known Russian and international consulting companies since 1995 (IDS Scheer, Business Logic, BDO UNICON Consulting).
Joined PM TEAM in 2009. Managed more than 250 projects in various sectors of economy (oil & gas industry, power generation industry, banking & investment industry, real estate, retail, publishing and other) in the roles of Project Director, Expert or Manager.
Main competencies are in the field of strategy development including BSC & KPI systems, organizational structures and business processes and other.
9 years experience as a lecturer for different Russian higher schools. Guest speaker at Uspeh TV, author of more than 60 articles for professional media.

PM TEAM rebranded from PM Bureau in 2005 as a result of developing activity and creation of new product groups.
PM TEAM is a consultancy company that emerged as a project office from the very beginning in order to built a vast open partnership network.
