Our client wanted to know best practices in development, testing, certification and improvement of software.

The course suggested included two blocks:

introduction to the business process theory and practice
software lifecycle: theory and cases

First block was meant to to align the staff knowledge basis.

While adopting the course program our client and we came to an agreement to organize the trainings in the form of expert consultations. Our expert could expand or cut the corresponding topics on demand when delivering the necessary information. Moreover, we decided to keep these consultations concise in order to support the working environment. Our client selected three persons from all the candidates.

Participants were highly interested to learn the business process theory and practice. The first module included Standard of Project Management for IT companies. After the training the managers tried to develop an analog system for their activity. Some of the tasks were not solved easily and we were requested to collaborate on a project management system development with our client (T&M consultation). The next trainings included more detailed information on the Standards of software development, Software Lifecycle, Process Maturity models in software development, Project Management in software, Software Design, Reglamentation, etc.

The course was highly estimated by our client who immediately started updating the software development process with the new approach and skills.
