The quality level of the outgoing managerial decision should fit the level of the incoming request.
Metrology system and corporate culture of the organization should be able to adopt the decision without outstanding heroic efforts. This is why:
1. The level of the decision should not downgrade or exceed the problem – it should just fit.
2. The same problem may arise intermittently on different stages of organizational development.
