We updated the strategic objectives tree (together with the top managers). All objectives were distributed among the top managers. After that we developed
Next step: selection of the KPIs included into the bonus system. Not too many of them; but the shareholders should have been sure that all required business aspects were covered by the system.
Besides we had to ensure the agreement of the top managers with their KPIs and the system developed. Individual motivation schemes linked bonuses with individual achievements.
As the final step we helped to develop job contracts, which the top managers signed with CEO.
Today the company is working successfully in the publishing market increasing its income and loyalty of personnel.
